TULSA, Okla. u2015 The Tulsa volleyball team beat South Florida in four sets, 25-17, 25-17, 22-25, 25-15 Friday afternoon at the Reynolds Center. Tulsa improves to 7-5 on the season, 2-1 in American Athletic Conference play, while South Florida drops to 6-8, 0-3 in AAC play.
Tulsa got off to a hot start, winning the first two sets 25-17. The Golden Hurricane tallied a .517 kill percentage during the second set on their way to a 2-0 match lead.
In third set, South Florida jumped out to an 8-1 lead, forcing head coach to call a timeout.
