TULSA, Okla. — The University of Tulsa volleyball squad completed its first day of practice on Wednesday in advance of the upcoming 2018 season.
Head coach Ryan Wills welcomed 14 players to the court, including American Athletic Conference Libero of the Year Taylor Horsfall and first-team all-conference Emily Thorson, along with five newcomers.
"It's day one, so it's always exciting," Wills said. "This is what we love. We work really hard all year for this opportunity to start and finish a season."
Wills is heading into his fifth season at the helm of Tulsa volleyball, boasting a 71-56 record during his tenure.
