TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa will head back on the road this week for a 5 p.m. (CT) matchup against Temple at the Liacouras Center in Philadelphia.
The Golden Hurricane (10-8, 3-3) will look to bounce back from a slim 72-69 setback to No. 5 Wichita State last Saturday night at the Reynolds Center. Sterling Taplin hit six 3-pointers en route to a career-high 26 points, 17 of which came in the second half. The junior is shooting 47.7-percent from the floor for the season and his 12.3 ppg rank second on the squad.
Meanwhile, the Owls (8-9, 1-5) are coming off a 75-72 overtime setback against Memphis on Saturday.
