The Tulsa rowing team will race at the Jayhawk Jamboree on Sunday, October 18, in Lawrence, Kan., while three seniors will compete at the Head of the Charles on Saturday and Sunday, October 17 and 18, in Cambridge, Mass.
At the Jayhawk Jamboree, TU will race 13 boats in four events, including the Women's 2x, Novice 4+, Varsity 4+ and Varsity 8+. The Golden Hurricane will compete against Creighton, Iowa, Kansas and Kansas State in the regatta.
"The Jayhawk Jamboree is a chance for us to check in on our improvements for the fall," Head Coach Kevin Harris said.
