TAMPA, Fla. – The Tulsa volleyball team fell behind, dropping the first set Sunday afternoon against South Florida, before winning three straight sets to beat the Bulls in four, 16-25, 25-21, 25-20, 25-22. Tulsa improves to 12-9 on the season, 7-5 in American Athletic Conference play while South Florida drops to 6-17, 0-12 in AAC play.
South Florida had the early advantage, winning the opening set by nine before jumping out to a 7-2 second set lead and a Tulsa timeout. Tulsa would come out of its timeout with a 5-0 run to get themselves back in the second set.
