Fans attending the Tulsa-Oral Roberts men's basketball game on Saturday are asked to arrive early for the 3:00 p.m. game. The Our Lady of Guadalupe Procession hosted by Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church, beginning at 3 p.m., will force closures on Delaware Avenue.
