TULSA, Okla. –– The University of Tulsa named Zach Hanson as the school's offensive line coach, it was announced today by Golden Hurricane Head Coach Philip Montgomery. Hanson spent the 2019 season as a senior offensive analyst with the University of Oklahoma, helping the Sooners reach the BCS playoffs.
Before his role at Oklahoma, Hanson spent two seasons (2017-18) as the tight end and assistant offensive line coach at his alma mater, Kansas State, under legendary coach Bill Snyder.
"I'm really excited to have Zach join our program," said Montgomery. "I love his demeanor and the knowledge he possesses.
