DALLAS, Texas – The University of Tulsa men's tennis team lost to American Athletic Conference foe SMU in a 4-0 decision Sunday afternoon at the SMU Tennis Complex. The No. 20-ranked Golden Hurricane falls to an overall 7-5 record, while the Mustangs improve to 10-4 overall.
SMU's Nate Lammons and Arkadijs Slobodkins (No. 2) defeated Carlos Bautista and Juan Matias Gonzalez, 6-4, before Tulsa bounced back to tie the doubles match score at 1-1 as Dominic Bechard and Dylan McCloskey (No. 3) defeated Markus Kerner and Samm Butler, 7-5.
