TULSA, Okla. –– The University of Tulsa men's basketball team welcomed the University of Kansas for a closed scrimmage on Saturday at the Donald W. Reynolds Center.
The Golden Hurricane and Jayhawks played two 20-minute halves and then a reserves scrimmage before working on situational and late-game plays.
"It was a really good experience for our guys to get out and play against someone else, and especially someone as good as Kansas," head coach Frank Haith said. "They'll be one of the best teams in the country. I thought our guys fought hard and competed.
