The Tulsa women's basketball team dropped a 62-45 decision to SMU on Wednesday night at Moody Coliseum in Dallas, Texas. TU fell to 10-16 on the season and 7-8 in the American Athletic Conference, while the Mustangs moved to 12-13 overall and 7-7 in the league.
"SMU just played better than we did in the first half," Head Coach Matilda Mossman said. "They played harder than we did, they rebounded better and they shot better. In every single position they outplayed us in the first half. In the second half we outscored them, but it was hard to come back from the first half.
