TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The Tulsa men's tennis team fell to Alabama, 6-1, on Friday night at Roberta Alison Baumgardner Indoor Tennis Facility. The Golden Hurricane have now lost three straight matches and drop to 5-3 overall. The Crimson Tide stand at 7-2 on the season.
The doubles point came down to a third-set tiebreak at the No. 3 position. Juan Pablo Cenoz and Stefan Hampe teamed up for just the second time this season vs. Sam Fischer and Alexey Nesterov of Alabama. No one led by more than two games, as the Hurricane duo rallied to force a tiebreak.
