STILLWATER, Okla. – No. 13 Oklahoma State pulled away late with two runs in the fifth and sixth on its way to a 5-0 win over visiting Tulsa on Tuesday night at the Cowgirl Softball Complex.
Rylie Spell went 2-for-3 to lead the Golden Hurricane (28-15), while Chenise Delce had a hit and took the loss in the circle after she allowed a run on four hits and three walks with two strikeouts. Delce's record moved to 12-5 during the season.
Meanwhile, Madi Sue Montgomery went 3-for-4 with a double and two RBIs to pace the Cowgirls (33-11), who scored four of their five runs with two outs.
