The Tulsa women's basketball team added junior-transfer Madi Washington to the roster, as announced today by head coach Matilda Mossman.
"Madi Washington automatically takes our guard play to another level," Mossman said. "She is a combo guard who can score off the catch or off the dribble. She will be really good in our on-ball-screen offense. Not only does she bring us scoring, but she brings a great basketball IQ and a willingness to work. Additionally, her two years of college experience is a huge boost."
Washington, a 5-9 guard from Forney, Texas, has spent the last two seasons at New Mexico, where she played in 61 career games.
