Tseng, Thomas Lead Tulsa Golfers at Sam Golden Invitational

DENTON, Texas –– Lorena Tseng and Lilly Thomas led the Tulsa Golden Hurricane into seventh place on the first day of the Sam Golden Invitational Monday at the par-72 Wildhorse Golf Course at Robson Ranch.

The two golfers sit in a 6^th place tie after opening with 36-hole totals of 6-under par 138 heading into Tuesday's final round. AS a team, the Hurricane is also in 6^th place after turning in a score of 7-under par 569.

Oklahoma State leads the field with a 19-under par score of 557, followed by Texas Tech (558), Oklahoma (560), TCU (563) and Texas A&M (564).
