The Golden Hurricane fell to 8-15 on the season and 2-8 in American Athletic Conference play, while the Owls moved to 10-12 overall and 2-7 in the league.
After starting the game 1-of-10 from the field, including 0-for-4 from three-point range, Dickson was able to turn it around in the second half, going 10-of-13 and 3-of-4 to lead the Hurricane comeback.
