TULSA, Okla. –– University of Tulsa cornerback Reggie Robinson II was selected by the Dallas Cowboys Saturday with the 17th pick in the 4th round of the NFL Draft, No. 123 overall. Robinson returns to the DFW area, as he attended Cleburne High School, nearly 50 miles southwest of Dallas.
The 6'1", 197-pound senior was the top defensive back in the American Athletic Conference in 2019. He was the league leader for passes defended with 17, including a conference-leading 13 pass break-ups, and ranked second for interceptions with four.
Robinson is Tulsa's first NFL draft choice since the 2011 season when tight end Charles Clay went in the 6th round (No.
