THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- Nelly Korda tied the LPGA Tour record with a fifth consecutive victory Sunday, winning the Chevron Championship for her second major title.
Korda was one shot off the lead after the suspended third round was completed Sunday at Carlton Woods.
She played her final round at 3-under 69 for a two-shot win over Maja Stark, finishing at 13 under.
"That felt like the longest back nine of my entire life ... but happy to get the win," Korda told the NBC broadcast after the round.
"It's everything I've always wanted since I was a little girl -- to lift that major trophy.
