TULSA, Okla. –– Raising awareness and finding a cure for Alzheimer's is dear to the hearts of University of Tulsa head football coach Philip Montgomery and his wife Ashli.
As Tulsa's Annual Fan Fest takes place this Saturday, the Montgomery's are hoping to also use this week to raise funds benefiting the Tulsa Walk to End Alzheimer's. The Montgomery's will match up to $10,000 in donations received from today thru next Monday, August 19.
The Montgomery's passion for the fight against Alzheimer's is in the memory of Ashli's Grandma Syble and Coach Montgomery's Granny, who both died with Alzheimer's Disease.
