TULSA, Okla. – The Golden Hurricane take the fight to the Cougars early winning the first set; however, Houston takes the match 3-1 in the Reynolds Center Saturday afternoon.
Kayley Cassaday led the Hurricane offensively with a career-high 17 kills and added 3 digs for TU.
Kylie Trefflich and Lauren Isenberg combined for 9 kills apiece for the Hurricane. Isenberg continued her strong defensive outings, securing 13 digs on the day.
The Hurricane had 47 kills on 143 attacks for a .231 hitting percentage. Roosa Rautio had her fifth double-double of the season 44 assists on the 47 kills while adding 13 digs for the Hurricane.
