STILLWATER, Okla. – The Golden Hurricane battled throughout the game, but they could not outlast the Cowgirls' offense, falling to Oklahoma State 7-0 Sunday afternoon in the Cowgirls Stadium.
The Hurricane Offensively
- The Hurricane had 3 hits in the game, led by Kylie Norwood and Haley Morgan who each went 1-2 in the contest.
- Morgan started the hitting off for the Hurricane with an infield single in the top of the second inning; however, a double-play and ground out ended the frame.
- Kyndal Pirtle started the 5th inning with a single up the middle, but during the next batter was caught stealing for the first time this season.
