TULSA, Okla. – The University of Tulsa announced today that the Second Annual #ForOurCity – Hometown Heroes game is scheduled for Sept. 21, when the Golden Hurricane hosts the Wyoming Cowboys at H.A. Chapman Stadium.
The Hometown Heroes Game honors police, fire and EMT personnel from Tulsa and the surrounding communities.
"Once again, we're excited to recognize and honor our local police, fire and EMT personnel who do so much for our communities every day," said Tulsa's Director of Athletics Dr. Derrick Gragg. "This is just a small way to show our appreciation for all their efforts.
