TULSA, Okla. – The Tulsa volleyball team's non-conference slate comes to an end this weekend, as the Golden Hurricane head to the bluegrass state for the WKU Volleyball Invitational. The three-day tournament, hosted by Western Kentucky, will take place at the E.A. Diddle Arena.
Tulsa (6-4) begins the tournament facing a dominant Samford (6-2) team on Friday, Sept. 20 at 1:00 p.m. After losing its first two matches of the season, the Bulldogs charge into Kentucky having won six consecutive matches, including a 3-2 upset on the road at then 24th-ranked Arizona.
