NORMAN, Okla. – The University of Tulsa softball team is set for a midweek matchup with the No. 1 Oklahoma Sooners on Wednesday at Marita Hynes Field.

First pitch is set for 6 p.m. and will air on Bally Sports Extra. This is the only game of Tulsa's week as the Golden Hurricane has the week off from conference play.

The Hurricane brings a 12-22-1 record into matchup after going 0-4 last week with a game against Oklahoma State and series with conference foe Wichita State.

Abby Jones is now leading the team in batting average.
