TULSA, Okla. u2015 Tulsa's Connor Di Marco was named the American Athletic Conference Player of the Week for the first time in his career, the conference announced today. Tulsa has achieved Player of the Week honors in back-to-back weeks, as Di Marco joins Callum Gale who won the honors last week.
Di Marco went 2-0 in singles play last week as Tulsa split its duals against No. 3 Baylor and Alabama. Di Marco won 7-5, 6-0 against Baylor's Fin Bass, who was previously undefeated, before knocking off Alabama's Zach Foster 6-1, 6-5.
