Tulsa's Bruce Howard sat down with former Tulsa track and field student-athlete Marc Scott (2013-17) to get his thoughts on competing in the 2021 Tokyo Olympics.
Scott will compete in the 5,000m run and 10,000m run at the Olympics. He won the British 10,000m Championships at the European Cup as he was the first Brit to cross the line and meet the Olympic standard with his time of 27:10.41. Scott was later chosen to compete in the 5,000m run based on his marks set during the past year.
During his time at TU, Scott claimed the 2017 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field 10,000m Championship.
