FORT COLLINS, Colo. – The Tulsa volleyball team saw its season end Thursday night, dropping in Round One of the National Invitational Volleyball Championship against UTEP in four sets, 25-18, 21-25, 25-17, 25-19. Tulsa finishes the 2021 campaign 14-16 overall, 9-11 in American Athletic Conference play. UTEP improves to 22-7 overall and will face the winner of Colorado State and Houston Baptist tomorrow night.
Callie Cook broke the school record for solo blocks in the fourth set with 79 in her final game for Tulsa. Cook now holds the school records for solo blocks, block assists and total blocks.
