begins postseason play on Tuesday when it takes on USF in the first round of the AAC Tournament in Clearwater, Fla.
The first pitch between the two teams is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. and the winner will move on to play the winner between top-seeded UCF and No. 8 seed East Carolina on Thursday, with the two losing teams moving on to an elimination game on Wednesday.
The eight-team tournament will have a double-elimination format up until two teams remain for a winner-take-all championship game, which is scheduled for Sunday.
The fifth-seeded Green Wave (27-29, 13-11 in AAC) played the Bulls (40-15, 14-10 in AAC) in both team's first conference series of the season and Tulane came away winning two of the three games in a tightly-contested series.
