Tulane picked up a much-needed commitment on Saturday when Donaldsonville defensive tackle Davon Wright announced his decision via his Twitter account.
Wright was one of the prospects at the Green Wave's joint football camp with LSU on Friday at Yulman Stadium and he was one of the highest recruited defensive lineman in attendance.
The 6-foot-1, 295-pound interior lineman is rated as a three-star prospect, according to 247Sports, and he becomes Tulane's second commitment for the Class of 2018, joining St. Augustine defensive end Juan Monjarres.
Wright also holds offers from Army, Navy, South Alabama, SMU and University of Texas-San Antonio among other schools.
