Barrett played at Athletic Institute Basketball Academy in Ontario, Canada, and the 6-foot-4 guard averaged 15.8 points per game last season.
The Green Wave also landed a commitment from St. Augustine guard Caleb Daniels last week and now have four players committed to its 2017 recruiting class.
