Tulane added a commitment from 2016 kicker Coby Neenan of Northview High (Dothan, Ala.) Sunday, NOLA.com | The Times-Picayune confirmed.
"First off there's a great coaching staff that just came in and about to make a huge impact on the program," Neenan said. "It'a a prestigious university with an opportunity for a top tier education."
The 6-3, 193-pounder also said he will have a chance to both punt and kick for the Green Wave.
Neenan was a member of the 6A All-State team. He's also a former Georgia Southern commit.
