One thing that has stood out through the first three weeks of Tulane football spring practices is how the offense appears to be in a good place.
With the spring game just a week away, Tulane coach Willie Fritz likes what he sees from senior quarterback Jonathan Banks and the entire offensive unit.
"We're way ahead," Fritz said. "We have about 80 percent of our offense in right now and Jonathan (Banks) has great command of it right now. The thing I have been really impressed with is that he has really good mechanics when we are doing team stuff and that is where I have seen the progression.
