Tulane coach Willie Fritz announced on Tuesday that he will be starting redshirt sophomore Glen Cuiellette at quarterback in the Green Wave's road game against the University of Massachusetts on Saturday.
"(Glen)'s gonna be our guy on Saturday," Fritz said. "He played well against (Louisiana-Lafayette) and we think he'll do a good job."
In last week's dramatic 41-39, four-overtime win over the Ragin' Cajuns, Cuiellette came off of the bench and completed 10 of his 23 passes for 165 yards with four touchdowns and one interception.
The former Mandeville standout started the first two games of the season for the Green Wave, but eventually lost his starting spot to freshman Johnathan Brantley after Brantley piled up 119 rushing yards in a victory over Southern in the second game of the season.
