GREENVILLE, N.C. -- Louis Dabney tied a career high with 32 points and Tulane did not lead by more than two points until the third overtime when the Green Wave went on to beat East Carolina 100-92 Wednesday night, ending a six-game losing streak.
Dabney took an inbound pass with 14.8 seconds left in regulation, dribbled down the clock and worked his way into the lane to hit a hook shot with 2.4 seconds left to tie it at 71-all. In the first overtime, Dabney was left alone and hit a 3-pointer from the corner to knot it at 78.
