Since they didn't earn invitations to the NFL Combine, Tulane's Darion Monroe and Royce LaFrance both needed strong Pro Day performances to improve their stock for the upcoming NFL Draft.
Both players did just that during Tulane's Pro Day on Thursday afternoon held at the New Orleans Saints Indoor practice facility in front of scouts from as many as 18 NFL teams and at least one CFL team.
Monroe, who played safety at Tulane, said he was told he ran a 4.53 and 4.58 in his two 40-yard dashes. He also had a 4.06 time in the shuttle and a 6.
