San Diego scored three runs in the seventh inning to take a 6-3 lead, and Tulane dropped the second game of the weekend series, 7-4, Friday evening at Greer Field at Turchin Stadium.
Saturday's game has been moved up to a 1 p.m. start due to the high probability of rain Saturday evening.
The game on Friday unfolded in a similar way as the series opener on Thursday. San Diego (8-3) took a 2-0 lead in the second inning, Tulane (3-10) answered with a pair of runs to tie in the third, and took a 3-2 lead in the fifth.
