New Orleans attorney Stanley Cohn began his yearlong term as president of the Sugar Bowl Committee this week.
The native of Union Springs, Alabama, joined the committee in 1998, and he worked his way up to the president after he served one-year terms as secretary, treasurer, vice president and president-elect, all to help prepare him for the top position.
