Tulane travels to play against defending AAC champion Houston in arguably the toughest matchup on this year's schedule. The Cougars return star quarterback Greg Ward Jr. and a plethora of weapons from a team that defeated Tulane 42-7 at Yulman Stadium in 2015. Houston is the heavy favorite to repeat as AAC champions in 2016 and have some hopes of making into the College Football Playoff as well.
