Over the past four years, Nico Marley has grown so adjusted to his routine as a Tulane football player that it's been strange for him to be away from the team for the past few months.
"I woke up one day and was scared I missed practice. I was like, 'Man, Coach is gonna have me running'," Marley joked. "It's definitely weird not being out there with my guys."
Marley spent much of his collegiate career overcoming his smaller stature--5-foot-8, 200 pounds--to become a four-year starter for the Green Wave and an elite linebacker in the American Athletic Conference.
