Tulane continued its busiest week of the year on the recruiting trail on Wednesday when Colquitt County (Georgia) cornerback Tirise Barge announced he was committing to the Green Wave via his Twitter account.
Barge--a 5-foot-11, 175-pound cornerback--was originally a Georgia State commitment, but he said his official visit to the Tulane campus this past weekend convinced him that it was the right school for him.
"The educational aspect of my swap is hands down a priority choice. I'm looking to try and change the program around alongside some other recruits in this signing class with Coach (Willie) Fritz," Barge said.
