Tulane added another commitment for the 2016 class in outside linebacker/nickel back Will Harper, a one-time Syracuse commitment.
The 6-foot-1, 195 pounder announced his commitment via Twitter Monday night.
"With a lot of thought and consideration, my family and I have decided to further my football career at Tulane University AND I will be enrolling this month," he tweeted.
According to Syracuse.com, Harper, from Sandy Creek (Tyrone, Ga.) High School, was the first player to decommit from the Orange following the hiring of Dino Babers last month. He said the change in the coaching staff was the reason for his decision.
