Shaquem Griffin has overcome an ailment that caused him to lose his left hand at the age of four and become one of the best pass rushers in the entire AAC. The redshirt junior leads the conference with 8.5 sacks this season and his relentless style fuels the aggression UCF plays with on defense.
UCF decided to name McKenzie Milton its starter at quarterback after an injury to senior Justin Holman because of Milton's ability to make big plays in the passing game. The freshman has games where he has thrown for 1,115 yards and eight touchdowns since seizing the starting job and he's shown he isn't an easy player to rattle despite his lack of experience.
