MONROE, La. – The end of a six-match win streak came on Sunday afternoon at the Heard Tennis Stadium when Troy fell to ULM 5-2.
A loss by the Trojans (13-6, 6-4 SBC) for the first time since March 25 against App State drops them back to the seventh spot in the Sun Belt Conference standings and moves the Warhawks (5-16, 3-7 SBC) into sole possession of the 10 seed with one match remaining.
The day started well for Troy after / took care of business, 6-4, on court two. However, back-to-back losses on courts one and three dropped the match's first point for the first time since March 26 to Marshall.
