TROY, Ala. – In the Troy women's tennis non-conference finale, Chattanooga got the upper hand, 5-2, on Sunday afternoon at the Lunsford Tennis Complex.
The Trojans (7-2) fall for the second time in 2023 and the second time at home to end a four-match win streak, while the Mocs (11-1) find their way to double-digit wins for 2023 on an eight-match win streak.
Troy was down early after double competition when Maria Guirguis / Valeriia Avdeeva and Andrea Widing / Olivia Elliott fell in their matches, 6-1, 6-3, respectively.
