TROY, Ala. – Following a solid fall season, the Troy women's golf team opens its spring schedule at the Lady Bison Bay Point Classic hosted by Lipscomb in Panama City, Florida this week. Teams will play 36 holes Monday and 18 holes Tuesday at the par 72, 5,971-yard Nicklaus Course at Bay Point Golf Club.
"I think we'll play fairly well," head coach Randy Keck said. "It is still really early and we've had to battle some bad weather the past couple weeks. We're still playing our way into shape, just like every other year at this time, but we've had some bright spots in practice and they have worked really hard in the offseason.
