DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Troy wrapped play at the Sun Belt Women's Golf Championship Tuesday as the Trojans slipped into 10th place at the LPGA International Hills Course.
Troy entered the day tied for sixth place but shot 22-over par to drop four spots on a jumbled leaderboard as the gap between fourth place and 10th place was just 13 shots. ULM and Texas State finished tied after 54 holes before the Warhawks won on a second playoff hole to claim the league title.
ShaeLee Scarberry and Elisabeth Preus played the final rounds of their Trojan careers on Tuesday, shooting 77 and 78, respectively.
