GADSDEN, Ala. – All six of Troy's golfers are in the top 11 following Monday's opening two rounds of the Chris Banister Golf Classic, and the Trojans hold a five-shot lead over Murray State with 18 holes to play.
"It is a good experience for our young team to have an opportunity to win a tournament," head coach Randy Keck said. "We got some good rounds under our belts this morning despite some bad weather and not getting off to a good start. I was proud of the way we battled back and ended the round with a bunch of birdies.
