The Pro Football Hall of Fame will enshrine its newest members on Saturday night. The Class of 2018's eight members include two with Alabama football roots -- Robert Brazile and Terrell Owens. Brazile played at Vigor High School in Prichard, and Owens played at Benjamin Russell High School in Alexander City.
Two years ago, the Pro Football Hall of Fame also enshrined two players with state roots, when Ken Stabler of Foley High School and Alabama and Kevin Greene of Auburn entered with the Class of 2016.
The Class of 2014 included Walter Jones of Aliceville High School.
