Vic Bubas, a legendary basketball coach at Duke and later the first commissioner of the Sun Belt Conference, has died. He was 91.
Bubas' death was announced by the Duke athletic department. The Sun Belt also made note of his passing via Twitter:
The Sun Belt Conference is saddened to hear of the passing of former commissioner, Vic Bubas.

Bubas coached the Blue Devils from 1959-69, winning four ACC championships and reaching the Final Four three times.
