Penn Relays Recap Montgomery, a sophomore from Temple, Ga., ran a time of 10.22 seconds in the 100-meter dash at the historic Penn Relays Carnival last weekend. His time was good enough for fourth place amongst a field loaded with some of the best track athletes from around the country. The 10.22-second time is currently tied for third place in the conference, 15th in the NCAA Division-I East Qualifying Region and tied for 28th nationally.
