MOBILE, Ala. – Led by its field performers and the distance runners, the Troy track and field program continued its strong spring Friday at the Jaguar Invitational hosted by South Alabama.
In the meet, the Trojan women finished second (142.5) overall while the men finished in third (109) behind the host Jaguars (137.5) and Southeastern Louisiana (147). The Jaguars took home the women's team title finishing with a meet-high team score of 158.
Highlights for the Troy women included Jade Johnson (12.02m) winning the triple jump, Maja Kuessner winning the high jump (1.
